I scoured the internet for hours over several days not long ago looking for that one-of-kind-unique gift for my wife. I wanted something that none of her friends or co-workers would have. I promptly purchased one of the necklaces. Several days later it arrived in the mail. It was BROKEN!! Man, was I livid? Can you imagine? I called Ms. Blake Roekel to give her some southern charm, but kept my can of southern-whoop-ass close by, just in case. Wow, what a doll! She was profusely apologetic and offered to immediately send out a replacement. She then spent the next few minutes asking me pointed questions; “how did you find the website,” “where are you from,” etc. Questions that a top-notched business person should ask. I was absolutely impressed.
Several days later the new necklace arrived in perfect condition….and my wife was blown away when she opened the box.
